Carol was very professional. My complaint is I scheduled online for a Friday at 10;00am I was then called and told that you don’t do air bag repair on Friday. Carol made an exception. However, my car was not fixed until after 3:00pm. It takes an hour to get to Santa Rosa. I was not told my car would not be ready until 3 or 4 until I got there. I do not blame Carol for this. I did feel like I was held hostage for MANY hours. Will not buy another Ford! Thanks for wasting my day off.

Picked up my car because they said my motor mounts were not broken and they ran tests but when I ran my own tests I see the engine moving more than it should and I'm pretty sure the mounts are still broken.

Joshua was very helpful. The agent next to him was very nice and offered us water while we waited. BUT the agent on the other side (a latino) decided to eat his lunch at the counter which is very unprofessional.
