Never received phone call that vehicle was ready for pickup. Two cell numbers were left with advisor. When I tried to call to check status on vehicle, I received voicemail that service department was closed for holidays.

In the past year I was blown away by your service but this time I’m not. I understand you have different department but my experience has been discouraging. From your on line service appt - it hadn’t been available. From your receptionist who scheduled — i feel she’s being robotic and didn’t experience the empathy at all of my car troubles. Then finally the schedule happened — car was kept for 4 days due to holiday and we got it yesterday hoping all is fixed and only to have the same problem last night. Sorry I’m just not happy at all. This is Janice. Ralph and Jovie Diez mom who are both your customers.
