With Hansel’s problem with computers & cell phones down the day of my appointment, I would have appreciated a call ahead of time and given the choice to re-schedule or keep the appointment. After I arrived, Woody did tell me the @2 hour service appt would be @ 4 hours. I regret not insisting on Re-scheduling as the long time frame impacted other family commitments.
The servicing was fine. Woody moved things along the best he could.

Woody’s service was good , but because of your computer outage or whatever it took 3 or 4 calls to get my oil changed scheduled!!!! A couple of calls were never returned after my number was taken. - really bad service!!!!
It is always great experience dealing with Rob. I drop off my vehicle Rob takes over with all the details and maintenance needs for the mileage and specs...once again great job! Thank you Rob

Computers were and he was inundated with extra questions and stress. But he managed to keep his cool and professionalism. He was kind a polite and smiled when I told him he loved me last time came for service. The team did a great job without the mist important tool at work. Panic was obvious throughout the dealership employees but u could also see they were “handling it” together. It’s not easy to run a place without a computer system. Great job all! And thank you Robert!
Woody, Joanne and absolutely everyone were amazing. The computers were down and they were working under way less than ideal conditions...their focus never waive red and their concern seemed primarily for the customers. You have an amazing team!!!

Me. Hussey was good but we have really been happy for YEARS with Hason Miranda in fleet service. Jason is the sole reason my next truck will be a Ford and not a Toyota!
