I took mi car to do the service and the Cruise control and they did the service from nine in the morning until four in the afternoon and did not do the Cruise control they said that they don’t have time to do that

Woody, is verrry personable an knowledgeable and took care of a condensation problem with my taillight that last time I was told was normal
AJ did an incredible job accommodating myself, and my two boys in tow, in an extremely timely, and efficient matter. He never made me wait hours on end like another dealers advisor did in the past for updates, and was very timely. I’m stuck with the somewhat common problem of still having a vibration issue, (apparently common on f-150 20inch rims) that the tech’s and even service advisors unfortunately simply couldn’t replicate. I hope they can figure it out next time I’m in for an oil service possibly. Either way, thanks for trying
