I am satisfied with my recent service. AJ did a great job. I am very disappointed in my pr62 service appointments. I had an oil leak from the purchase date of this vehicle and had two maintenance service appointments. At both appointments no one ever mentioned an oil leak. Do you have blind people doing your vehicle check Ups ?????????????????

They didn’t finish the job properly, carpet hanging under the glove box that wasn’t there before and the airbag is popping up more then normal in a corner

I called into see if I could pick my car up after 5:30, due to my work schedule. The girl that answered (Ashley maybe??) said that there might be someone there until 6 but that there’s no guarantee. I explained that I got off work at 5:30 and need my car and she said again, that someone “might still be here doing paperwork”. Again I asked her what I need to do to get my car after 5:30 and she sounded irritated and asked who had been working with me and I told her Rob is who had sent me a text and she told me to hold. Without telling me what was going on she transferred me to him. He said it was not a problem and arranged for my key to be left at the sales department. When I went in there they greeted me nicely and my key was right where he said it would be. Rob and the sales department were great and accommodating, it’s the girl that answered the phone that is rude and extremely unhelpful.
