Carol is the best service person you have there she is one of the biggest reason we have our car serviced there she has been taking care of us sense before we purchased our 1998 cobra convertible from Chris Tuft Carol and Chris are the best I just wish Chris Tuft was still there

Jorge was extremely helpful, honest and set our expectations on the timeline as well as costs. He even took the time to review recent maintenance on this car as our daughter is new to Sonoma. When he called me back to tell me what they found, he by far exceeded all my expectations by calling much sooner than we expected and even identifying the issue and told me it was all covered under warranty. Our experience has been wonderful and I appreciate all the extra effort Jorge put into resolving the issue. It’s very important that our daughter is in a safe car and with the service we received from Jorge we are confident that is the case.
