Rob checked me in and then Jorge took over. My car was done a bit sooner than expected which helped me to make my prior commitments since I didn’t realize how much time I needed to allow for the complete service. I did recommend to rob that it might be helpful to have the expected wait time at the website when scheduling a service. Jorge was very friendly and efficient.
Also of note would be a reminder to the ones doing the work to be mindful of getting grease on light colored carpet and leather seats and steering wheel.
Carol was awesome to deal with and every time i come in i will always be sure to head straight to her desk. Pleasant polite professional.
