I’m usually very nervous every time I take my vehicle in to be serviced, until today. Aj was very thorough in going over what was needed to be addressed with my vehicle. From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted and offered a cold beverage, he than proceeded to go over what the maintenance included and asked me if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. This was my best experience yet at Hansel Ford. I highly recommend hiring more people with the attentiveness and dedication to his job that AJ showed today.

I have never been disappointed by AJ service. I prefer to work with him every single time I bring my car in to get any sort of service. He is very friendly and diligent at his job. It's not a fun thing to come in and get an oil change But we all have to do it, However I have never not look forward to going since working with him. He always greets me with a smile on his face and is ready to help with anything I need. Even when I have been a little unhappy with something that had nothing to do with him, he has a way of Communicating That is very personable that it doesn't Become a miserable errand after all.. It's comfortable, and he is diligent in getting everything you need done in a timely manner that you request. Thank you for a refreshing Experience every time by having him on board.
