I had an appointment to diagnose a problem I was having with my F150 pick up truck I scheduled this appointment over a month ago because their diagnostic center was too busy I had to make many arrangements to make this appointment happen for this date an hour after I left my car there I got a phone call from the service department telling me that they’re backed up with diagnostic work and they will not be able to get to my truck today this was a total inconvenience and I wish they would’ve called me ahead of time so I could’ve at least rescheduled and not waste

Buying a Ford from Hansel was a mistake. Things are constantly malfunctioning and or not working. Additionally the warranty is about useless. Basically I’m paying to drive a broken car and pay for all the manufacture defects that come with it. I’m positive I will never buy from Hansel again and I’m fairly certain I will not purchase a Ford. Jorge is great and has nothing to do with it. The blame is to be placed on his superiors. If you want to mend things fix my alarm that goes off and my transmission that shuts off on my wife on the highway. Otherwise don’t bother.
