Rob was the best service person I have ever dealt with there and my wife and I have been Hansel customers for over 20 years. I will be calling for future appointments and will ask specifically for him.
It took us three months for an air bag recall and talia set us an appointment said the part was in amd it was not. Luckily josh was on the ball and got the part in petaluma. Josh got it done that day what took talia 3 months amd hadn't even got the part ordered.
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Rob was outstanding! I live 3 hours north your dealership and because of Rob I will be making the drive whenever my truck needs service. Thanks again!
