When I walked in to pick up my car, I waited to be greeted. I then said Hello and Rob looked up at me and then back down. One of the other representatives got up and came over and greeted me and started helping me. Josh was away from his desk. When Josh returned, he told the other guy helping me “thanks for trying to help, but shoo “ he then tried to give the pen on his desk back to the other guy. Other guy said it wasn’t his and placed it back on the desk and Josh picked it up and quickly THREW THE PEN at the other guy and said “it’s probably infected with your Corona virus.” It was uncomfortable and I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism.
Also, I’ve had my car washed one time- my vehicles first service. Otherwise, they always tell me they can’t do it that day. I was disappointed they didn’t disinfect the handles and steering wheel at least seeing as there’s a pandemic happening currently. There was actually grease on my wheel that wasn’t there when I dropped it off.
Overall, I was disappointed by the teams lack of welcoming and lack of professionalism. I recognize him from years of coming in to the dealership but Rob Hussy is the most curt of all of the service guys and will cut a representative off while they are actively helping a client to bark an order at them or ask them a question. Extraordinarily impatient and grumpy. Really it was uncomfortable and generally don’t look forward to coming in when it’s time for a service.
Rob was awesome as usual. Appreciate all you guys over there. Stay safe!

Rob is the best! I always go to rob for my Vehicle needs. There was a problem I thought with my vehicle but it was quickly rectified. I was given a loaner car while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. This enabled me to carry on with my regular work duties

Made an appointment, dropped it off and didn’t get it back for 3 days, I made a appointment that would have had the car back to me the same day. I am pleased I wasn’t charged for inspection but still.
My first time service of this Nissan purchased used 19 Nov 2019 Workmanship and cost reasonable????
