Good service in a difficult time of Covid and short staffed ????
They were all courteous did their job well finished on time
We came early to our appointment just to drop my car off and my husband who never complains was treated rudely when he was looking for a Dropbox for keys. Then when I got off work and had heard nothing, no update on my car and I have no vehicle. I call the service dept and said to receptionist, I’d like to speak to someone in service dept. she says they are all busy can I have them return your call. I said no I need to speak to a manager then I have no car and I’m off work. She says we are very short handed. I said if they are so short handed they can’t talk to me after 8 hours then they shouldn’t have taken my car. She asks for my # and within 30 minutes I was told they were text driving it so I had my husband come pick me up and drive me to the lot to get my car. Not a pleasant experience. I’m happy with my car and grateful it’s fixed.
Excellent service. I was extremely pleased how a good a job John and the staff did to make my service visit a no problems/no concerns experience. I will recommend John and the dealerships to others.
It was very busy with people out ill,, the person you had working alone at desk on 1/7/22 was amazing and needs a raise . He handled everyone with a smile and was very helpful. This was the quick change, at one time people were just walking in and he handled like a trooper.
Nelson communicated with me the whole time.
One recommendation I would give the dealership is that if a customer spends $13k on service it would be nice to get the truck back clean specially when it has been sitting there for a month. Other dealerships do that here in Fort Worth area.
I was told a the fluids under the hood would be topped off but my windshield washer fluid was not. The light on the dashboard is still on.

I haven’t had the opportunity to talk face to face with the service advisor yet to give a complete and honest satisfaction report. It’s just inconvenient to always be away from home. Anyways everything has been wonderful. The communication between clients and employee is wonderful.

Took my truck in for a flat tire. The valve stem was replaced as it was broken. Came out the next morning to the same tire being flat. Ended up finding a puncture in the tread that wasn't found by the technician.
I went in for an oil change works and an inspection. $197 later, came home tried to do my vehicle registration and it said I needed a valid inspection. Called the quick lane they said there is no inspection charged on my receipt so they didn’t do it. Never apologized anything. So I had to make a second trip just to get what should have been done in one visit.
Outstanding. Understanding of his job. Respectful to us senior adults!
My daughter in law Ashley Thompson is coming in tomorrow for an oil change on their F-250.
