I can always drop my truck off and get a call saying it's finished, all within a reasonable time. John always does a great job in the quicklane, no complaints here!! Truck has over 225,000 miles on it with no issues, complements of Arrow employees!

In the past, I have always gotten a tire rotation with my regular oil change service. The tech said my car didn’t need one. I was surprised since they hadn’t been rotated in a year. I would expect a reduction in cost if none was performed. Thanks.

I spent $525 on a full service oil change. Oil and filters and both fuel filters as well as a air filter. I had to return a hour later because I was getting a warning telling me I had water in my fuel filter. After returning and telling the young man at the service desk what was going on he laid down on his back and slid under my truck. After he looked at the fuel filter that your mechanic had installed he discovered that the mechanic had not hooked the sensor back up so that’s the reason that I was getting the reading on my dash. It was just a hassle to have to go all the way back over to your service center to get something redone that should have been done the first time.

I really appreciate Tara’s attention to detail and her listening to my concerns about my car. She was informative and kept me in the loop, which I really like. Constantly having to call to find out the status of your repair only to find out it was ready hours ago, is frustrating. So happy with the timely communication from her.
