Nate was very quick to have the problem assessed and had the car being serviced in a timely manner. Very friendly and kept me updated along the way. I have worked with him several times and he is always very helpful.

I have been waiting for a chance to take my car in from Lubbock since our dealership closed. I scheduled this appointment on July 2 weeks in advance only to be told that morning that there is only one technician and he only works weekends and was not working that weekend. I opted to drop off my car anyway since we were on our way to San Antonio. I was assured my car would be prioritized Tuesday morning so it would be ready by the time we got back to Abilene from San Antonio on Wednesday. I called at 10 Tuesday morning to make sure. The guy who answered said they had no way of knowing it was waiting to be serviced because Charlotte didn’t make it in. I called again at 1 and it still wasn’t being worked on. I requested a service manager call me but once again I heard nothing back. Finally after calling back a third time I was told parts had to be ordered and it would take a week. When I scheduled the appointment I indicated exactly what needed to be fixed so I guess in my mind I thought they would make sure needed parts would be in stock for the recall. This means I will have to arrange to make another trip to Abilene (time off from work and gas) and I’m not feeling very confident that this won’t require an overnight trip.

Nelson was great! He was very helpful and he made the process very easy. Responded to my question via text quickly. Britni was also amazing and made getting a rental painless. She was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I had been struggling to get a rental and she made me feel like I mattered. Brock picked me up from work to bring me to get the rental. He was very kind and I felt comfortable riding with him. He even helped carry my sons car seat to the rental. All around great customer service. If I am in a bind again I will 100% use Arrow. Thank you for having amazing people willing to go the extra mile for customers!

My a/c went out after hours on Friday 6/17. I called service Saturday, and was told that they were not able to get to it until July or August, but could try on Monday to see if I could get in. I went in Monday, and Nelson Bruce immediately had the vehicle taken in and checked out. It was confirmed that the a/c compressor needed to be replaced, it was ordered, and I returned on Wednesday to have it installed. When it was found that it would take longer than estimated, Nelson arranged for a rental. I don't know how long Nelson has been at Arrow, but I hope he stays.

I appreciate Daniel's work. But I do have a problem with your labor rates. They are double what they should be. That's getting greedy. I cannot afford you. I Love My Ford

2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Continued issues with getting a key made for our new car. Noticed that turn signal was out right after our service appointment so obviously didn’t check. Just frustrating all around.
