Well all I can say about your employee Daniel ****
He’s idea of employee when you want repeat customers
I was charged roughly $110 for my Works oils change and I asked if there were any specials. I was told “no”. When I got home I saw an email from your dealership offering the same Works oil change for $80. Just wondering if I missed something, the receipts are hard to understand. I’d appreciate someone looking at it for me. Thank you.

My appointment was 10am Monday June 13th & as far as I knew, for a simple oil change on my 2020 ESCAPE; @ noon I asked Lana, the Receptionist, if oil change took 2 hours. She answered sometimes so I returned 2 my reading but when I realized it was 1pm I walked over 2 ask if my car done but Tech @ lunch & I found my paperwork on his desk & was told it was ready 1 hour earlier! I was 'comped' for my 3 hour wait, but still not pleased with service I received. Plus: I purchased each & every vehicle I have owned or leased since 1983 @ ARROW FORD!!!
Daniel did wonderful. Raising the price on “The Works” from $50 to $81 is too big a jump. Oil didn’t go up that much.
Service personnel were courteous, professional & timely.
Me Contreras and Technician Alex were friendly and courteous. I am very satisfied with them handling my vehicle’s problem. We as family have been Ford’s clients before and always received excellent service. Thank you.
Trenten provided great customer service. He was friendly and eager to help me fix my issue.
My car is still under warranty and they charged me $168.00 to fix something that should have been no charge!!!
Very disappointed!!!
I just got my pu back today but appreciate the Ford Company standing up for their warranty.
It took an 1 1/2 hours to get oil change and paid over $100 for oil change which I wasn’t happy with. I owned Honda previously and oil change and labor total at the Honda dealership or if I take it to McGovick Nissan, I paid less than $60 there. It might be the type of car I drive now. But isn’t the same process to change oil in a car? I’ll try Nissan dealership next to see the price difference.
Worst service department ever.
Good job. In and out in a timely manner.
Your service department was on there A game very pleasant experience this time
I was not called when my car was ready. I finally called at 3:30 and was told that my car had been ready since lunchtime. By the time I got my car around 5:00, it was terribly hot inside - over 108°. I could hardly touch the steering wheel or my sunglasses which were in the car. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received.
I took my car for repairs due to a problem with the horn...it was there since Tuesday and the part that was damaged arrived until Friday...I'm going for it today Saturday morning and in the afternoon the same thing came up again problem that I had which is supposed to have already been repaired
Please fix the AC in your right side service area as soon as you can. I don’t want your employees to get over heated with our triple digit heat headed our way tomorrow!
