I was very pleased with the service Nelson provided. He kept me informed on a regular basis. And so happy my vehicle was ready even before he said it would be.

Money was stolen out of my truck while getting an oil change. The manager said it was probably the homeless people that roam the parking lot. I asked for the security camera footage but he said they didn't have any security cameras, inside or outside. ????? He stated they typically lock the cars when left in the parking lot so wasn't sure how it happened. He has offered me a free oil change when I'm ready, but without security cameras I'd be leary to come back.

I left specific instructions with the quick lane staff and out of the three items I asked to be done only the oil change was completed. This is not the first time staff do not listen to me or treat me like I don't have a brain. Will not buy a Ford again as service after ****.
On my way home at 5:30 in the evening, driving my F150 truck, the monitor came on, to alert me that a tire was loosing air. I immediately drove to Arrow Ford dealership and Daniel **** met me with a friendly smile. Because of closing soon, Daniel immediately ask for my keys and got the process started. Within 30 minutes he had the flat repaired and I was on my way! Daniel took great care of me. He is a great asset to your dealership!

It took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil and perform a State inspection. What was very frustrating was my car sit out front for 15 minutes even after I asked if it was ready. I expect better service on a vehicle that I purchased from Arrow Ford!
You are very fortunate to have an employee like him.
Requested the Works and didn't get tires rotated, it made me wonder what else wasn't performed in this ser ice request. Technician also indicated all brakes in the red on inspection sheet. Had other mechanic inspect brakes and indicated all brakes good. This is the fourth or fifth time tires have not been rotated during the Works service. There is only one Ford house here in Abilene and that's the only reason I yake it there, no other Ford house to choose from.
The young man was very nice, but the entire team was VERY inefficient. Knowing I was coming in for a rear blinker light, they did not have one in stock! Would have purchased it prior to my appointment time had I known in advance to avoid waiting to have it delivered. Why didn't someone go pick one up!
Fantastic job! Hit a glitch with the software update, but Trenton was quick to communicate the issue and make sure I was well taken care of.
Dropped off vehicle maybe 8 AM asked when I could pick up, service man Nelson B said should be ready around lunch. Closer to 1 still no call to pick up, called left message for Nelson. Went by Arrow no Nelson another guy looked up said around 1 hour and 45 minutes. After 3 PM still hadn't heard from Nelson called and left message. Nelson on phone she said would have him call me back. I said he never called back from earlier. Left message and I waited, waited, waited and no call. Almost 4 PM called asked for Quiklane,the guy looked it up said about 30 more minutes. I told him would not make it there by 6 PM SO just lock key inside put in console. There is a code panel to get in. Daniel said he would put around back by garage door area. Came by after 6 PM, car outfront and locked. Okay but no key and no paperwork. SO I had to waste more time and gas to go back to Arrow to get the darn key. That was bullcrap! Wasted a whole day off and on Thursday waiting on Arrow Ford to call and made 2 extra trips Thursday and then again Friday. Nathaniel ended up with key on Friday because he had started ticket. Don't make sense because he wasn't at work Thursday. Not sure who's genius idea it was to keep the key and paperwork to waste gas and time again on Friday. I know it was a factory recall which was still important to ford because it was on my safety inspection report and they kept sending me notices to get done. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION and unable to follow instructions. Apparently no one can be honest with customers. One question remains with all the hand prints on my hood, what was checked or looked at under the hood? Recall was rear toe link.
As we told Trenton… the amount of dirt bird poop and branches on our truck was was a shock … we have driven to arrow ford from San Angelo now twice for your service department … we never would have expected that . Which made us both question our choice to bring it there .. Trenton said he had not seen it but would gladly get it washed and detailed but due to the late hour it would be another day and that he understood that since we lived out of town it couldn’t be the next day … so that’s how we left dismayed and unsure of future visits to arrow ford we can get treated that way right here in San Angelo without A 3 hour trip or waste of gas ..
I appreciate Daniel Gs help however Daniel c sent me away with a scheduled appointment on 5/19/2022 because he stated they were too busy to complete my tire order told me to come back at 730 Saturday because Daniel G who I worked with and he had the day off on Friday, Nate was very helpful as well! And the gentleman who worked on my vehicle was very prompt
