I was told that I could be transported to work which is about 3 miles away from Honda and transported back to Honda once my vehicle was ready, I sent a message requesting a pickup to which I never received a response. My vehicle was dropped off at 7:30 a.m. and not picked up until close to 4 p.m. I had a recent injury and have been unable to wash or vacuum my car, was hoping my vehicle would have been washed or vacuumed..but didn't get either.
It was a little bit of a wait, but I was taken care of like a VIP ???????????????????
Everything was great with Josh. The only thing that was disappointing is that he said they would do a wash and vacuum and that wasn’t done.
Ed always provides exceptional service. Ed explains the process with the service and his island culture is very comforting in any service we need to keep our vehicles in excellent working order.

It’s a pleasure to be able to let you know how I feel with your superb servicing staff. I have had my Fit for over 5 yrs now, purchased in Napa, CA at the Honda dealer there and had it serviced once there before moving to Fairfield, CA. Hands down you have the best service Dept I’ve ever had the pleasure to take my vehicle to.
