The best service department in Northern CA. I work all over the State and have visited many dealerships for routine service and maintenance. In my travels I have had a wide variety of experiences with Honda Dealerships, but none have been as consistently professional and courteous as the one in Fairfield CA at Hopkins. I’m amazed at how well the staff communicates with its customers and went above and beyond for a top shelf experience.

When my AC needed fixing, Luis swooped in to save the day. He swiftly scheduled me for a prompt appointment, arranged a loaner car, and kept me updated throughout. I felt like my Honda Accord was in the best hands possible. The service was speedy, efficient, and truly professional. Now, I almost look forward to my next car mishap, just to experience such stellar service again!
