My appointment was for 11:00 am. I arrived there 10 minutes early. I waited just outside the service area (In hot sun running my car.) I had to wait till 11:20 before any service manager came to even ask me about what was the reason I was there. It seemed you were short of help on that Friday. In any case, I thought, what is the purpose of making an appointment if a customer has to wait for another 30 minutes?

I come to your service department from Dixon because of the the way Leon has
taken care of my vehicle & treated me. I feel he is honest, knowledgeable & professional. He has taken the time to answer any questions I have had & made me feel comfortable & informed of the process. He has given me an order of priorities when my budget is tight. This is extremely important to me, a widow with disabilities. He has gone the extra mile to help me. He is a kind man with a good heart! I’ve told a lot of people about my experience there.

When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the new molding was installed poorly. Part of molding was sticking out, it looked worse then when I brought it in. They did manage to fix it ASAP. So I was not waiting long. There must have been a misunderstanding, I though both sides of molding would be fixed, only left side was replaced. So now I have to make another appointment for that. They replaced the AC, which works great again. You guys did have my vehicle for 10 days. I was upset that the molding was installed half ****, and now I have to make another appointment to get the right side fixed as well. I've purchased 3 new cars from you guys and I've always been happy/satisfied with your service. This last service was not to my satisfaction or my expectations.
He was very professional, and very nice. Helpful with questions I asked.
