Besides Josh(amazing) the girl that checked me out was rude, only asked me to swipe my card with a payment. NO explanation of what was going on with my vehicle. This is the second time my recall hasn’t been completed after a 5hour appointment. Seemed more of a production situation to hit the monthly goal.

I had told Leon about an experience at another dealership and he had assured me that I wouldn’t find the same service here. And he was right, he said 2.5 to 3 hours for my service but it was done in about two hours. Great service!

The service guys need to respond to the line of customers waiting for service as quickly as the sales guys do when they see you get out of your car and they think they can sell you a new one. Those guys are fast.
