The Service Advisor was knowledgeable but I was not happy with the cost of service. I have been taking my car to get serviced at this location since I bought my vehicle at this dealership. They failed to inform me of 30K maintenance which could have prevented the problem that occurred. In addition, this dealer had to price match the cost of diagnostic testing compared to another dealer. This dealership is further from my house than Avery Greene. I will likely not bring my car back for service. Thank you.
