It took much longer to get it fixed, but Josh kept me informed and provided shuttle service when I needed it.
I specifically mentioned prior oil stains on my door and brought it up. I was told the technician will be informed. As I drove off, I noticed dripped oil on the interior of the door.

It really **** that I bought my car from here only 2 years ago and my catalytic converter is no longer functioning properly. In addition it also **** that the part is not covered under warranty. I also made an appointment for 3:15 and I wasn’t helped until 3:40. I appreciate all the help from Josh, his customer service skills were excellent. I also did not appreciate that the cashier did not offer the current promotions until I brought it up. I understand that there is not much you guys can do about the faulty part but it makes me not want to ever buy a car from here again.

Took the car for an oil and filter change, had the appointment at 11 am,got there at 10:50 and they took almost 25 min just get me check in,they say it was going to be about an 1hour or 1:30 and they took almost 2 hours and I had to text to see if the car was ready, I also told them that the rear driver side need it and air and they put air but never re- set the switch...
