Great service, as always, though the 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation was pretty long. But, overall, I always have a good experience at Hopkins Honda in Fairfield.
My service advisor (Lassa Olsen) is so helpful. He explains everything to me prior and at pick up. He also calls with any new concerns that come up during inspection. I appreciate his professionalism.

I had a scheduled appt for a oil change at 1:30 today. It took a hour and 15 minutes to complete the oil service. I was not expecting to wait that long for that type of service.
Timeliness was a seriuos issue this visit. We dropped the vehicle off @ a 9 a.m. appointment and asked when the vehicle would be finished because my wife runs a child care and we needed the vehicle to transport children @ 2:40. We were assured it would be finished by 12:30. I called around 1:15 and the vehicle wasn't complete, but the associate said it would be finished in 45 minutes (2:00). I asked it they were sure because I have would have to drive 30 minutes to the dealership. They again assured.me that it would be conplete. A little later I proceeded to drive 30 minutes to the dealer and arrived around 2:05. I was then advised it would be another 20 minutes. With the way things were going I knew that was not accurate so I left the dealership and drove to work. Only to be contacted 2 hrs later (4:30) that the vehicle was finished. Completely unhappy with the issue and we will be taking our business to another dealer.
