Always a great experience with the Auto Care folks at Steve Hopkins Fairfield Honda. The service advisors are very well versed in their craft and always provide the utmost best customer service around. I bought my 1998 Accord brand new and have had it serviced and maintained by them to present day. Ed Gumataotao has cared for a number of Honda for the Vargas family and we always know that we’re given the beat advice for our maintenance needs when we deal with him.

First off, Mr. Cobb was fantastic, excellent, a pleasure to deal with! It took a little longer than anyone would like. Two hours for an oil change and some detail work. I understand I "wasn't on the schedule" and things get busy and people are ahead of me. At this point, I'm still completely satisfied. The one thing that leaves me unsatisfied is that I received the wrong multi-point inspection. Like completely the wrong person/car. Not only is this annoying, it also seems like a safety/legal issue. As I live an hour away, I can't just swing back and have another one performed, as I assume another customer received my multi-point inspection. The employee who staples the stack of papers together at the end should really check that all the documents are correct and match.
