Lassa is a great service advisor, and everyone on staff I encounter is friendly and helpful. As a customer of 17 years, i can testify that the work is top-notch, and I appreciate getting the best price possible every time. Both shuttle and loaner services are always available and very much appreciated. One suggestion: the waiting room is VERY BRIGHT. If you took out a few of the fluorescent bulbs, or even better yet, put in 2-3 floor lamps that send light up instead of shining it down, it would improve the waiting experience substantially.

I haven’t ever had such a lack of communication. Car dropped off on Monday. I was told a part needed to be ordered and would be in the next morning. That was the last I heard despite texting to find out what was going on until after multiple phone calls on Wednesday I finally got someone to tell me what was going on. I learned the tech was off for 2 days. I should have been notified or the file moved to another tech. I had to spend multiple days trying to figure out if I needed rides to and from work without any idea how long it was going to be. I’ve been a customer for 35 years and have come to expect better communication.

Roland was amazing as always. Professional service and no ****. Got us an appointment right away. Ed was able to get us in for estimate and then repair in less than an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service these men provided us with. 100% recommend this team.
