Lassa was great for an early morning check in. He gave me all the information I needed on what I intended to do and what I will need to do in the future for my cars maintenance so I can properly plan for it the next visit. He kindly gave me a copy of what is recommended to be done the next time I stop in for service so I don’t get shocked on the price later on. He also gave proper ETA on when my car would be finished and checked in on me when it was almost done. Thanks Lassa!!

Ed and the staff were very informative and professional during my appointment from beginning to end.
Service was great. Very disappointed in Honda for installing a rebuilt transmission and only warranting it for 35k. This is on a 2019 pilot with a failed transmission at 45k. I asked for a transmission cooler to be installed if nothing else and that was also refused. This was all blamed con some one size fits all policy. Policy that is not flexible is always a failure. This is our first brand new car. I now have no faith in it. Will my family be safe traveling to Tahoe or will we be stranded again.

Josh Bateman (I think that's his last name) is among the best Honda personnel I've dealt with. He's a bright light in this dark world. I'm going to name my first born child, regardless of ****, after him. He's a national treasure and needs to be revered as a living God. They should make wristbands that say WWJD with the universal understanding that we aren't talking about sweet 7lb 9oz baby Jesus. All hail Josh
