As always, Vista Honda continues to deliver quality service with a positive but realistic attitude. There’s usually someone to greet me as I pull up to the service center, and if not within a couple minutes at most. Even when they’re busy, the team at Honda Vista strives to do their best. I’ve been serviced by a lot of different members at Honda Vista, and I truly appreciate their consistency and efforts to be professional as well as sincere. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by John Beck. Mr. Beck maintains a high quality standard especially when it comes to being of service. I can attest to and speak for Mr. Beck and all the team members at Honda Vista that the customer comes first as well as quality of service over quantity. I paid for brakes and rotors because my Honda accord is squealing when braking. Typical indication that brakes are needed. However, the squealing continues and was told it was because copper isn’t part of the brake pad under state law. The sound I hear indicates that I need new brakes. Very confusing.

Hannah is great. I was deeply concerned that the warranty I purchased didn’t cover my battery terminal and “infotainment” display. The costs were not what I anticipated. I still want to get my display fixed but the cost is a major factor

The service advisor was great my issues was with person who initially made my appointment over the phone , Due to not a complete follow through I wasted a Saturday and time from work ... Appointment was rescheduled but this was not a great customer service experience.
