Brenden provided excellent communication and service once again this visit. I understood what needed to be repaired and the reasoning behind the repairs in the A/C. A/C cooling well now. Please thank the master service technician who worked on my car. I do not know his name. John checked me out today and was very helpful with which issues to address going forward to keep my car in good working order. Much appreciated. In my experience, Norm Reeves Honda is dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. Thanks to all of you!
