This is the first time,I've brought my vehicle into your service department. The service I received was good and Javer did his best to rush my service. However wjen I arrived the process was not very efficient and I had to wait around for almost,10 minutes. No one explained how the process worked and,there was a lack of personnel. I'm hoping the next time the check in process runs smoothly.

Jay Lee was great - I am fully satisfied with his service. However,The part warehouse either did not get the order or did not supply the right part or parts so even though I left my car for 4 days so it could be repaired as soon as the parts came in - the car was not ready on Friday when promised. Since I was relying on it for a labor day weekend with family in Vegas, I was very disappointed. Therefore, I was not satisfied with this service experience.
When ever I receive service at Hyundai dealer I get excellent service.
