I realize the car was is free, but I had it washed 3 days prior to taking it in for service and it was full of water spots and streaky windows when I picked it up. So the car wash I paid for was completely ruined.

I dropped off my car on Tuesday and picked it up on a Saturday, I didnt receive one phone call from Jae Lee. I still dont know what the problem was with my car. However it's now running without any problems. So 4 days without my car and no explanation on why it wasn't turning off, and wouldn't start
