Such a pleasant young man! When I called he answered the office. He was very professional and provided great customer service! And when I went in to the car dealership to get my cat serviced, he was exactly the same in person! ????

I went in to have my brakes checked because I knew that they needed replacing along with oil change and tire rotation. About one hour after dropping car off Joel (who was great) informed me that my car was ready for pick up and the technician stated my brakes were fine. I was surprised and after further discussion he stated he would speak to the foreman of the service department. He eventually called me back and said after further evaluation I did need new brakes and rotors. I’m disappointed that it wasn’t addressed properly the first time. It’s my wife’s car and if she would of received the original call she would of picked up car only to eventually have to take it back. I feel that the technician didn’t do a thorough check of the brakes. I used to have both my cars serviced at Win Hyundai in El Monte but after several disappointing visits decided not to return and give Puente Hills Hyundai a try but was also dissatisfied. I was planning on taking my Hyundai to be serviced as well but am not sure if I’ll be returning. The one positive experience was that Joel was helpful and professional from the very beginning. Told the agent about a concern I had about my screen since it’s not transitioning properly when going into dark and light places and all he did was turn my brightness up which was not my concern.
