I didnt think to ask for a rental car since my car was in the shop over the three day weekend. I wish Jay would have asked me. The repair was an under warranty repair so think the rental should have been offered.
It was excellent service by Jay Lind. He made sure things ran on time and the appropriate things were serviced on the vehicle. He also suggested future appointments. And organized Lyft while waiting.

Dan was very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on my car's status. The loaner car was also ready right away. Unfortunately, one of the issues I brought the car in for was a rattle in the rear suspension, which was reported as fixed, but on the way home from your dealership the rattle was still present. I will need to reschedule to bring it back in at a later date.
