He was very helpful and had everything ready for my car before I got there. He kept me informed of any other issues and when my car would be ready. Best customer service I had from GMC. Better than other dealerships that I have experienced with as well. Thank you for helping with my car and getting it back to me in a day. I will definitely be returning to him for any issues it may have in the future.

I didnt think to ask for a rental car since my car was in the shop over the three day weekend. I wish Jay would have asked me. The repair was an under warranty repair so think the rental should have been offered.

Dan was very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on my car's status. The loaner car was also ready right away. Unfortunately, one of the issues I brought the car in for was a rattle in the rear suspension, which was reported as fixed, but on the way home from your dealership the rattle was still present. I will need to reschedule to bring it back in at a later date.
