No I was not satisfied with my service that I received at Hohen Cadillac and CARLSBAD reason being is before I took my car in it was working perfectly fine after I left the dealership one week later my car was excited to experience emission issues with back a few days later they have the issue resolved and I still have the same issue and no I am not satisfied with the service that I received at this dealership thank you

The front left strut replacement has been rescheduled due to parts department error. Also, in the past GMC service included a car wash has that policy changed?

So far I have had good experiences with Carlsbad Gmc Service. My experience with North County Gmc Escondido, where my very first oil change was performed, was a disaster. Glad to have a competent service department in my area.
