It was horrible, I was told the car would be ready the evening prior to my arrival, I showed up to pick to up and was told the technician still needed another half hour, 4 hours later I finally left, extremely angry!
James Shriver has been around for a long time. Always professional and transparent with me. He squeezed me in for service without an appointment and my vehicle was completed on time as he indicated.
