Service was great. I received my vehicle ???? back with in two days. I was only disappointed that it was not washed. It the second time this happen to me. Not iré if it’s something you no longer do, but I use to pick up my truck washed after each service.

Continued from my previous feedback… I would like to have my thermostat that you guys replaced for absolutely no reason back please. I was informed by Dan Erickson that I can have it returned to me after 15 days. November 10 is day 15 and I would like to pick up the thermostat for my own records / case and to give to my lawyer. I have obtained legal representation for this matter. If this warranty event cannot be solved I will be perusing legal action, as I feel I have no other choice at this point Due to the lack of action or response from the dealership or GM in regards to this matter.

The estimate for the repair was way over other quotes I received . Actually $516 dollars. I’m having it done at another auto repair shop in Carlsbad. I will not be using your service again or buying another car from your dealership again. I bought this car from your dealership and nobody has ever done any work on it but your dealership. I can tell you this I’m very disappointed. $180.00 down the drain .

James the service advisor was great. I wasn’t happy that I dropped my car off on Thursday morning last week to have the oil changed and check out an issue with the transmission. I was told to check the transmission they would have to keep it overnight. No problem. Friday afternoon they said they know the issue and they will have to fix on Monday. Ok well I need for the weekend since it’s the family car and not everyone can fit in my car. I was told I can pay all at once when I bring back Monday. Picked up car started driving south for a kids birthday party and the change oil light came on. Then oil level low light. I call back and James found out they never did the oil change. I had to find an auto parts store to put a quart of oil in. Brought car in Monday. Picked up wed when completed. Today Thursday the car is still doing the same thing with the transmission. Also I called and asked for the service manager on Friday when I found out my oil wasn’t changed. I left a voicemail and I still have not received a return phone call.
