Dan was super helpful from start to finish. He walked me through all the service actions based on our problems and researched our warranties. I have taken my 2014 SRX in for the same problem for multiple years and still have the same problem with the transmission. I feel the car is still not safe. Please let me know if you want me to to take you on a test drive to show you the problem. I'm still satisfied with Travis communication with being keeping me updated on the status of my car. Please call me to discuss further. I'm going to pick up my car on Monday and see if it has been resolved.
