Travis and his team of automotive techs did an amazing job on diagnostic testing of our GMC Yukon when I heard a clicking noise when I tried to start my car. Full diagnostic & 02 sensors replaced, happy with service & especially Jay’s customer service skills on the phone but pricing seemed high which was no biggie. Then today sitting at a red light my car overheated, like 25% to 110% in less than 3 minutes and I had to tow it back to the shop that I believe may have caused this issue in the first place. When I brought in my vehicle for the inspection there were no symptoms of an issue, I was just being proactive but now I have a major issue with unstable cooling & overheating and it was misfiring as well which has never happened before either. I am hoping I am not charged for having it looked at again but doubtful, if my next bill is as much as the first I will have exceeded the value of my vehicle on these repairs alone
It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to change the battery. Waaaaaay too long

Drivers seat moved & I still can’t figure out how to get it back to how it was. I wish they wouldn’t move the seats for the MINIMAL driving they need to do.
Travis was great. Cost to replace bulbs in rear brake loght and turn signal was ridiculously expensive, however.
