I believe Jay is doing everything he can to provide the best service. I am extremely disappointed with the warranty policy regarding the glow plug failures that I have had. This last failure is the third one to fail. I asked Jay why GM won't replace all as they are a known defective design, as the warranty for glow plugs has been extended to 120k mles. Every time this fails it is a huge inconvenience to have to schedule the service. I would like GMC to stand behind their commitment to customer satisfaction and allow Jay to replace the balance of these suspect parts. I want to clarify that my overall satisfaction is for Jay's performance. My satisfaction with GM has dimished signicantly due to this ongoing issue. I am afraid that after 120k miles I am going to bear the cost of replacing parts which are a factory defect.

The back up camera stopped working as soon as it arrived to our house. THE FOURTH TIME we have sent our car to you in the past 2 months for the same problem. We are questioning if you even replaced the backup camera module and just charged us for it. We will never use your services again.

It would be nice if Cadillac could provide some benches outside and in the breeze way waiting for Uber/Lyft and when the service crew gets your car. There is no where to sit outside. Thanks

I arrived a little before my 1:30 appointment time and was greeted by name. The check-in was fast and efficient and I was shown the waiting area and offered coffee or water. My service was thoroughly explained, then completed in 20 minutes. This was my first visit to your dealership and everyone was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with the work done and the people who assisted me.
