I was absolutely satisfied with Dan and team. He went over and beyond. What I found frustrating was with the recall and communication about replacement parts that took over 6 months to resolve. Dan made up for the stuff out of his control and was accommodating, kind and helpful. I hate to give a negative result but it’s been a frustrating 1/2 year with this issue especially when I was told “ don’t call us, we’ll call you.” Thank you Dan and team for getting my 2018 straight! Enterprise team was amazing as well!

The service advisor told it would take 90 minutes, I asked if there was a way to shorten that time? He replied if we don’t wash it, I initially said don’t wash it. Then decided I could move my afternoon meetings back; so I said, yes go ahead and wash it. He said, ok we’ll have it for you in 90 minutes. So I moved my afternoon meetings back to create space. When I got back after 90 minutes to pick it up, it was not washed. The service writer asked if I could wait another 15 minutes, unfortunately, I couldn’t - so he offered a rain check. I just wished it would have all come together - it’s not convenient for me to drive up there for a car wash.

I grew up in my family business of a service station, Full Auto Parts Store, and a complete Automotive machine shop... so I know something about automobiles... from the ground up. You are very lucky to have someone of the Caliber, Honesty, Automotive Knowledge and Customer Relations Ability of Mr. James Schriver... and, again... his knowledge of GM automobiles. My vehicle was serviced in prompt fashion. A road trip will resume as planned with the acknowledgment to it that the vehicle was taken carof and placed safely back on the road.
