Travis was very concerned of this repeat failure of the catalytic converter weld. He ensured the part was obtained ASAP and discussed the repeat failure with GM engineers.

Jay kept me updated and stayed in touch during the 3 weeks my car was being worked on. However in all the different vehicles I’ve had- Range Rover, BMW, Toyota...I’ve never had my car not washed inside and out. Old food that was there the day my children and I had to be towed out of the rain (I never saw my vehicle after that)..the crumbs, trash, food were still there 3 weeks later. Disgusting
