James Shriver saved the situation that I was experiencing in the service dept by doing due diligence after the original service adviser failed to run the codes that were coming up on my vehicle I had just purchased from your dealership. The original advisor asked me what I was there for about 10 mins after I arrived and had been sitting and waiting to get checked on as my vehicle was showing a check engine light and told me he would not be able to even look at it until Monday and he did not have any loaner cars available. Shortly after he stated this he came back stating he had a loaner and I checked out to drive home very upset over having something wrong with my car. I had not even arrived at the onramp to the fwy when James called me stating to come back as he ran the codes on my vehicle and it stated "major vapor leak" which he said typically ends up being the issue if the gas cap was not tightened all of the way. We had not even had the car long enough to put gas in, but James checked and sure enough the cap was loose and he tightened it and the light went off. I am very pleased that James went the extra mile for me so that I could take my car home with me to enjoy.

Took much longer than quoted... waited... when finally done, car still hadn't arrived and they had to request repeatedly.
Dan was very accommodating and educational. He knows a lot about his craft and I learned a lot from him. He made it a point to make sure I was happy and I am.

Always excellent, you’ve been giving me all services that I need ever since I bought my Escalade in September 2004. There’s one thing that I want to know why my fuel gage is giving a wrong reading ex; 3/4 full or half tank with 200 miles have been driven already. This was supposedly fixed a year and half or two, but it’s still my ongoing problem. I have to fill up my tank after driving 100 miles to make sure I have enough gas
