Only wished I could have gotten a Cadillac rental as the online appointment allowed me to request it. It was my first maintenance with Cadillac as it’s a brand new vehicle. I was told I would always get a Cadillac rental from the sales person when I purchased the Cadillac. That’s all. Everything else went well

I was very pleased with the service provided by Travis. I had an additional question concerning my USB ports in my center console for Travis when Martin approached us and spent a few minutes with me inside my vehicle explaining how my phone works with my radio so I may play Pandora when driving. I really appreciated the time Travis and Martin spent with me. They are both very knowledgeable about the GMC product and very hospitable. Thank you very much.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. I just hope we don’t become daily friends. I think you know what I mean. Thanks. I think whoever at the dealership that came up with the idea to use Lyft for your shuttle service deserves a raise. Great ???? Idea.

This is the second time we have had a terrible experience with Dan Erickson. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have a noise checked. Upon arrival, he informed me that it would be 1.5 hours and they would call me as soon as they found out what the noise was. I waited at the dealer with my 1 year old for 2 hours and never heard from anyone. I finally went back to the desk and was helped by another associate who said the tech “tightened some stuff” and was finishing my service, it wouldn’t be much longer. After another 30 minutes I still didn’t have my car. Dan then came to me and said they believe there is a problem with my transmission and they would need more time. I asked if I could leave my car and he said yes. I asked for a loaner vehicle since I have 3 young children and was already late to pick up my daughter from school. He said there were no loaner vehicles. We purchased the extended warranty with my vehicle and was guaranteed all of these great amenities that have never been fulfilled. At this point I had spent 3 hours sitting and waiting for a simple oil change and no help or quality customer service that I feel your dealership should be providing. Not to mention we drive from Fallbrook to have our car serviced with you. We are HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service. I never received a “I’m sorry for the wait” instead your employee said “oh has it really been 3 hours?” Then he proceeded to finish my paperwork and did not offer to schedule me another appointment to fix my vehicle. My husband called after I left and was sent to voicemail and we never received a call back from your service department manager.
