When I arrived to pick up my car, I paid, was handed my invoice (without any explanation) and told that my car was “somewhere out front”. When I arrived to my car it was neither washed on the outside nor cleaned on the inside. I know it’s a little thing, but sometimes the little things make a difference in whether or not a customer returns!
