Carlsbad Cadillac recently performed some work on my 2011 SRX and in the course of that work the technician got some grease stains my on interior carpet. As a gesture of goodwill, the dealership offered to clean the carpets and "detail" my car. While I only expected your standard car wash, I was very pleasantly surprised that Carlsbad Cadillac performed a very extensive interior/exterior cleaning and polishing of my car. It was the right and generous thing to do under the circumstances and Carlsbad Cadillac went above and beyond. Thank you !

Excellent service, happy with the process
I thought you provide a complimentary car wash with service? Nope. But I'm not surprised, I'm still waiting for work promised as part of the due bill when I leased. No follow through. I love my cadillac, but when my lease is up....I'll be finding another dealership.
