It’s a long story. It took 27 days for the shop to return my car to me. Took it for the 37K maintenance and cue system problem. They fixed the cue system but broke the bezel and have to order it to replace it. Then I got the car and noticed damages to the front knee Panel and front dashboard panel was detaching from its place. They ordered both but one item had to be reordered. The shop told me that I have to pay 50% for the front dashboard since they claim they didn’t cause that. I truly didn’t remember if that was like that before bring it to the shop so I accept to pay for it. The car is 2014 platinum edition. The front dashboard panel shouldn’t fail this soon. Very disappointed in GM using cheap material on this car level and putting both consumer and authorized service centers in lots of trouble. The representative (Dan Erickson) was a true gentleman and he tried his best to help me out. I made a big mistake buying American car. I had 9 different cars so far and this one was my first American car. Real failure. Burnt wanting to help the economy of my country.

Although the diagnosis of the issue on my 2020 Sierra Elevation took longer than I suspected it would, Jay did an outstanding job keeping me updated along the way. He had a loaner car waiting for me when I dropped the truck off for extended diagnosis/warranty repair. Thanks Jay!
