My telephoned appointment of 2 days was not on record at the Service Dept., but Jay Lind took my car in for service anyway. I so appreciate his professionalism to have my vehicle diagnosed and serviced while under Easy Care warranty. Jay stayed in touch with me by text and returned my call immediately and my car was ready when Jay said it would be. Great service from Jay and the Service Dept! Thank you!
