A/c diagnostic machine was broken thus the testing of my failing a/c could not be completed. They had my car for 4 hours. I have approximately 30,000 miles on my car and this is the second time the a/c is acting up. And of course my warranty had run out. I sense that the service staff is overwhelmed. It’s hard to get eye contact From them or a welcoming hello. This Is happening while the other visible staff seem to have no work. I love my car but but don’t feel the service experience is a good one.

Dan Erickson delivers an excellent service experience to me and all of his GM customers!!! He is always accommodating when my car has a service need! He is on top of what is needed to repair my car and he works hard to make sure my car is serviced promptly and correctly!!! He is super!!!???????????? Elaine

Customer service was not the best . I’ve been to multiple Cadillac dealerships throughout the US and this one needs a little bit of work . No communication on costs as I spent additional dollars for investigation work on my car, when I was there just for an oil change and to perform 3-point inspection . Arrived at 9:30am for oil change and didn’t get feedback until 3:30pm . I like this dealership , but thinking that I might take it somewhere else from now on.
