I appreciated James' level of communication and the excellent condition of the car when it was returned to me. I decided I needed to add in an oil change, and James elegantly handled my request. My car was present for almost 9 hours and I didn’t receive any updates. Additionally, when I arrived it seemed like he was just trying to wrap my appointment up, not even really sounding like my issues reported were reviewed.
Definitely a bit disappointed for my first visit with my less than 30 day purchase.
They took care of my car, including replacing a battery that failed. I think they should have washed car after service
