Your tires should be rotated every oil change to ensure they will wear evenly. Tires are a costly investment and rotating them is a simple repair to protect that.
Got an appointment same day, got in and out in less than 30 minutes and the charge seemed fair. Can’t ask for much more than that.

I understand that an oil change entails more than “just an oil change”, with a multi-point inspection, but it always takes exceptionally long. I made it out in about an hour and a half this time, but with limited hours availability only during working hours, that’s a large amount of time. My Grand Rapids Tyler dealer didn’t excellent turnaround and service care in much less time. Those with the same service were leaving before me. Also, I use synthetic, and received synthetic blend instead. It’s going to be difficult to convince myself to sit for another extended length of time to have it corrected if I choose to. Service staff (Carla) is alright. I helped her to find my purchase date on my invoice to look into when my free oil changes expire, which then prompted her to check the computer at least, so I could write the information down for myself.

An hour and half wait time for an oil change is excessive, however we are a Honda repair facility and we don't always have the parts on hand for others makes and models such as your ford explorer. even though its just an oil change, we sill need the correct oil, filter and drain plug gasket.
I was totally satisfied with the service I was given.
