I asked if anything other than an oil change needed to be done. He showed me a filthy interior air filter (we live on a dirt road) and suggested it needed changing. I concurred so he added that to the service.
I appreciate the fact that he didn't try a "sneak add on" which was a part of the service department when I owned a Buick. I should say former service department.
I was most satisfied.
Service did fine. I am very disappointed with the odyssey. The fact that I had two sliding doors that did not work at the same time on a vehicle with under 200,000, with one of the doors stored in the passenger space after it fell off late one night, seems pathetic. We have had much more trouble in the current miles we have used the Odyssey than we have had on our Sienna that is currently at 325,000 miles and counting.
They said I ran over something but my car hadn’t left the garage in a week, since I brought it in for the same thing 1 week before! I don’t believe it was fixed right the first time.
She was very professional and explained everything they checked.
Jesse was great to work with. Very thorough. He helped us from a distance. We live in Illinois and broke down on a weekend.
